| As an Activate America YMCA, Upper Montgomery County features a wide array of wellness programs. Programs are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the highest quality exercise options are available to members. Some of these offerings may include group exercise classes, kids activities that follow the innovative PHD (Physically, Healthy and Driven) program, and seminars that educate members on a variety of health issues.
